Hello, I am a User Experience and Digital Product Designer with over 15 years of experience.
As a freelance consultant in London, I have worked with digital product companies (Microsoft, Intel, Canonical...) and agencies (Digitas LBi, Publicis, Rufus Leonard...). This broad range of experience has given me an in-depth understanding of design processes and methodologies. Which includes working with multidisciplinary teams in agile environments and participation in user research & testing.
My passion for art & design led me to a Bachelors of Fine Arts and Masters in Design. I have a strong understanding of disciplines like photography, typography, icon design, illustration, life study, still life drawing, and printing techniques.

Agile development for the booking, checkout and loyalty pod; collaboration with the analytics team for AB & multivariate testing; participation in qualitative user research & testing; presenting responsive design solutions to stake holders.
User Experience Lead, Rufus Leonard.
Redesigned the Castle Cover (Part of Ageas UK - Insurance) website to be responsive across desktop, tablet and mobile viewports; mobile first approach to focus on core content and functionality; tile based interface that exploits best practices across different screen sizes e.g. tabs for desktop vs accordions for mobiles; user experience specifications with detailed annotations delivered using Axure.
User Experience and Design Consultant, Canonical.
Reviewed existing indicator designs for icons, interaction and behaviour; proposed a more consistent and coherent approach based on existing user research and testing data; competitive analysis across operating systems (iOS, Android etc.) and form factors (phone, tablet, watch etc.)
Senior Interaction Designer, Intel.
Designed and documented high level guidelines for notifications on the Tizen platform; designs support local, remote, push and rich push notifications; detailed designs for the netbook notification system; review and recommendations for the mobile POC notification system.
